Pay information:

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly: $1,530 average per week
• Mileage Pay: $0.72 CPM with an average of 1,600 miles per week
• Stop pay: $25.00 per stop with an average of 15 stops per week
• Paid Training

• Start Time: 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past three years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last five years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last ten years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures

Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check; a road test; and/or customer-specific background requirements.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
