Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years flight experience as a professional pilot in aviation industry required. 1500 hours total flight time, or 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command of turbine powered aircraft. Gulfstream type rating preferred. ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) Upon Hire required. Other 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate Upon Hire required.

Position Purpose
:
Act as crew within Gulfstream Flight Operations

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• In accordance with Gulfstream Flight Operations FOM/SOP, as crew, domestically and internationally (when qualified), operate Gulfstream aircraft in support of Airborne Customer Support (ACS), corporate transportation, customer accommodation, demonstration, Gulfstream maintenance, production test, and any other functions as assigned.
• Must possess a broad knowledge and understanding of flight operations.
• Communicate with Gulfstream personnel to facilitate effective support of Gulfstream and our Customers.
• Manage and execute any assigned ancillary responsibilities.
• Adhere to Gulfstream corporate policies, department Flight Operations Manual (FOM) policies and procedures kurs.
• Effectively coordinate the assessment and repair of aircraft issues with Corporate Maintenance, Production/Completion, and Technical Operations as needed.

Additional Functions:

• Proactively assist Waste Gulfstream Dispatch with planning and coordination of flight activity.
• Manage the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flight activities.
• Strive to be a positive brand ambassador for Gulfstream and General Dynamics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
