Transportation Supervisor – Imperial Dade

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to finish, with overtime and occasional schedule changes.

• Creates and manages Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Manages Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). delivery routes that are cost‑effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines.
• Maintains exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction.
• Utilizes the Road Net application to ensure delivery costs are held to company‑expected run rates.
• Optimizes routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety.
• Cultivates excellent relationships with drivers and customers.
• Monitors sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes and maintain timely deliveries.

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience.
• Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes.
• Experience with DQ file compliance.
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with Road Net is a plus.
• Safe Drive experience is a plus.
• CDL A is a plus.
