Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week (Mon – Friday)
About MDS: Maritime Delivery Services (MDS) is an intermodal trucking company with offices across the US and Canada. Founded in 2007, MDS provides safe, reliable service with dedicated staff and business‑oriented independent contractors. Our Savannah terminal is located close to the port with a paved, secure yard, serving the local Savannah market and a 200‑mile radius.

- Ensure drivers and terminal staff operate safely and follow all regulations and MDS policy for safe driving.
- Monitor financial results and maintain profitable operations.
- Hire, retain, and train staff.
- Effectively market MDS services to third‑party customers.
- Increasing responsibility in intermodal trucking.
- Strong marketing and inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Knowledge of the local trucking market where the terminal operates.
- Previous trucking experience.
- Strong communication skills with drivers and customers alike.
- Experience managing budgets and profit & loss.
- Have a collaborative mindset as your daily interactions will include working with our customers and many people in various departments within our organization in a team‑based environment.
- Bring your experience and thrive on proactively suggesting opportunities to increase efficiencies to improve the current process.
