JobDuties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively monitor and protect The Landings Club assets through effective community patrol and access control operations at all golf courses, clubhouses, offices, fitness/aquatics center, parking areas, and storage facilities.
- Maintain proper daily function sheet and incident documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Send incident and issues report to aa Directors email distribution.
- Review daily function sheet at the start of each shift and follow-up on any outstanding issues.
- Tour all golf courses in the evening changing the route sequence daily and confirm players have membership privileges.
- Address any trespassers (golf, walking, jogging, fishing), record names, and inform of club rules.
- Check and lock all comfort stations.
- Tour club campuses, observing activity, and address any rules violations, parking infractions, or other violations.
- Respond to security calls from clubhouses as needed or dispatched by TLA.
- Check clubhouses and make sure all doors are secure after hours.
- Notify department Director of any unsecured facilities or any incidents that occur.
- Administer first aid as needed and facilitate additional medical care through use of the First Responders.
- Set a positive example for professional and hospitable member/guest relations, effectively responding to and handling of all member/guest issues and complaints.
- Provide excellent member service to ensure satisfaction beyond expectation.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one years’ experience in a similar, active security position.
- Experience working in hospitality industry, preferred.
- Current Driver’s License issued in State of Georgia.
- Knowledge of patrol procedures to include basic emergency response.
- Possesses a valid CPR, AED and Basic 1st Aid certification.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Moderate computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Uses tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service issues, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
- Willingness to provide exceptional service to members and guests.
- Stands, bends, walks and kneels for 80% of workday.
- Drives for 20% of workday.
- Able to lift & carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather.
