Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

$250 Sign-On Bonus with RBT Certification

• Help amazing kids ages 2–6 grow, learn, and thrive through one-on-one ABA therapy

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
• A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
• RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)
• 3 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays + your birthday off
