Purpose
This position is responsible for participating in the maintenance of the sewer conveyance system.

- Serves as lead worker to perform skilled, semi-skilled, and maintenance tasks in repairing sewer lines.
- Serves as lead worker in the repair of sewer and water manholes.
- Serves as lead worker to cut and remove asphalt and concrete roadways.
- Operates various hand and power tools.
- Maintains assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Directs traffic around repair sites.
- Assists in the enforcement of safety procedures.
- Repairs landscaping.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED equivalent; one (1) year of related maintenance experience necessary.
Driver's License RequirementsMust possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
May Require the Following Certifications / Licenses- Confined Space Safety Certification
- ICS
100 and Ics
700 - Bloodborne Pathogens
- Traffic control Flagging certification
Background investigation, including supervised drug screen, post‑offer/pre‑employment medical screen, and verification of education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment.
Additional Information- Knowledge of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential duties.
