Scaffold SupervisorThe Scaffold Supervisor will assist the E&D Construction Manager in managing all aspects of the E&D department, including but not limited to scheduling, employee development, and recruiting. The supervisor will safely and effectively supervise and direct up to three Foremen, each overseeing their crews to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding without constant direct supervision of the E&D Construction Manager.
The supervisor acts as the competent person on site as required by OSHA and follows the guidelines outlined in the Sunbelt Competent Person Procedures. The E&D Supervisor mentors and coaches the E&D Foremen and E&D Lead Carpenters to aid in their development and advancement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Combined experience as Scaffold E&D Carpenter, Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter, Scaffold E&D Foreman 1, and Scaffold E&D Foreman 2 for a minimum of 7 years or approved equivalent experience
- Trade school or college preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights
- Knowledge of the OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding
- Knowledge and understanding of the various types of scaffolding material to ensure load limits are not exceeded
- Ability to design various types of scaffolds and order materials as required to maintain workflow
- General knowledge of the different types and sizes of scaffolding materials being used
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. This description is not a complete listing of all duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Full‑time employees receive paid time off as follows:
- 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service
