What Your Day Looks Like- Arrive on site, review complex electrical and mechanical schematics, and plan your approach.
- Diagnose issues across the refrigeration cycle, from TXVs to large compressors and motors.
- Tune VAV systems and economizers for optimal airflow and energy performance.
- Service hydronic pumps, perform coil diagnostics, and replace evaporator or condenser coils when needed.
- Troubleshoot advanced electrical and control systems to restore safe, efficient operation.
- Coach Level 1 and Level 2 technicians—sharing techniques, safety habits, and customer‑first communication.

- 3+ years maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing large commercial/industrial HVAC systems
- Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to pass fit‑for‑duty evaluations for contract requirements
- Ability to pass pre‑hire drug screening and maintain random drug screening per company policy
- Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC components: large compressors, motors, economizers, and VAV systems
- Self‑directed with the ability to manage service calls independently
- Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs; comfortable with ladders and confined spaces
- Proficient in reading complex schematics and technical manuals
- Strong diagnostic mindset and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communicator with customers and teammates
- Experienced mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
