• Arrive on site, review complex electrical and mechanical schematics, and plan your approach.
• Diagnose issues across the refrigeration cycle, from TXVs to large compressors and motors.
• Tune VAV systems and economizers for optimal airflow and energy performance.
• Service hydronic pumps, perform coil diagnostics, and replace evaporator or condenser coils when needed.
• Troubleshoot advanced electrical and control systems to restore safe, efficient operation.
• Coach Level 1 and Level 2 technicians—sharing techniques, safety habits, and customer‑first communication.

• 3+ years maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing large commercial/industrial HVAC systems
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass fit‑for‑duty evaluations for contract requirements
• Ability to pass pre‑hire drug screening and maintain random drug screening per company policy
• Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC components: large compressors, motors, economizers, and VAV systems
• Self‑directed with the ability to manage service calls independently
• Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs; comfortable with ladders and confined spaces
• Proficient in reading complex schematics and technical manuals
• Strong diagnostic mindset and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent communicator with customers and teammates
• Experienced mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
