The Wine & Spirits Replenisher is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring product availability to support efficient order fulfillment operations. This role requires safe and efficient forklift operation, consistent manual handling of product cases, and a strong attention to detail when working within inventory systems.
Production Standard:- Maintain a minimum productivity rate of 90 cases per hour
- Utilize replenishment reports to accurately restock product
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to transport and position product within the warehouse
- Routinely lift, move, and handle cases of wine manually
- Accurately update inventory movements in the system to maintain correct on-hand quantities
- Support overall warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
- Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift
- Ability to routinely lift and move cases (up to 40–50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with inventory systems
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation
- May require flexibility in schedule based on operational needs
