Roofing Foreman; Commercial

Bonitz of Georgia is looking for an experienced COMMERCIAL Roofing Foreman to lead a roofing crew. If you’re skilled in PVC/TPO roofing, enjoy leading teams, and want to work for a company with a long‑standing reputation for quality and integrity, we’d love to meet you!

• Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 roofers
• Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and on‑time completion
• Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors
• Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company standards)
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained
• Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks
• Communicate with project managers and superintendents
• Interact professionally with customers
• Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)

• 2+ years commercial roofing experience
• PVC & TPO experience required
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
• Strong communication + leadership skills
• OSHA 30 is a plus (we’ll help you get it, if needed!)
• Metal roofing/wall panel experience a bonus but not required

• $20–$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)
• Quarterly & annual bonuses based on performance
