WHAT YOU’LL DO

MGT is seeking a Systems Technician who can assist with prepping APs, Switches, and UPS, cleaning prepping areas, install indoor APs, Switches, and UPS, and other basic installation tasks under supervision and guidance.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with prepping and installing access points (APs), switches, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) under supervision.
  • Help clean and organize installation areas before and after work.
  • Perform basic installation tasks such as cable routing, mounting devices, and labeling.
  • Follow detailed instructions from senior technicians and supervisors during installations.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and address basic issues during installation with guidance.
  • Handle tools and materials under supervision and maintain equipment used during installations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under constant supervision and guidance from senior technicians.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and working in various environments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
