General Craft ; Laborer - Superintendent level

Overview

General Craft Application for laborer to superintendent level positions at Gray Wolf, a heavy industrial/commercial construction contractor with 45+ years of experience and nationwide operations.

• Laborers / Confined Space Attendants / Entry Helpers: Little or no construction experience required; entry helpers should have at least 3 months of experience.
• Top Helpers: Declared craft discipline; at least 2 years of experience.
• Journeyman: At least 3 years in declared discipline.
• Welders: Completed welder training and at least 3 years of experience; must pass pre‑employment weld testing.
• Crane & Rigging: Crane operators require CCO certification; riggers require NCCER rigging certification or CCO rigging certifications; priority to candidates with the most seat hours.
• Foreman / General Foreman: Must meet journeyman level and have experience leading crews.
• Superintendents: Must meet foreman level, lead multiple crews, plan manpower and materials, offer technical skills, interface with customers and support groups.
• QA/QC: QC Inspectors must inspect pipe, electrical, mechanical, structural steel; pipe inspectors need current CWI.
• Safety Techs: Entry level safety roles; prior journeyman preferred; OSHA 30 or higher required.

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Move in and around confined, cluttered, uneven areas; full range of motion.
• Work up to a 12‑hour shift in varying temperature extremes.
• Climb and maintain balance on steel framework, stairs, ladders, manlifts, and scaffolds.
• Top helpers and superintendents must provide a locked toolbox and tools in working order as outlined in job-specific tool lists.
• Provide PPE: footwear, safety glasses or shields; long sleeves on most sites.
• Must meet all pre‑hire conditions and complete required paperwork electronically.
