If you have a desire to help those in your community who have just suffered a loss, working on our team will allow you to make a difference every day. Our clients have typically suffered a fire or water loss, which can range from minor to catastrophic. Our goal is to lessen the effect of property damage and be a guiding force with our care, knowledge, and expertise.
Successful employees will:
- Be organized and have a strong attention to detail
- Be able to work well on their own and with a team
- Be dependable and honest, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy being part of a team environment
- Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs regularly
- Must be able to safely carry, push, pull, lift heavy objects
- Must be able to safely climb ladders, bend, stoop
- Must be able to wear applicable personal protective equipment
- Must be able to work in environmental extremes (hot or cold)
- Must be able to work in water, fire, and/or mold damaged environments
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to work with cleaning products/chemicals
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be on time
- Must submit to a drug testing before hire with random checks during employment
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must submit to a background check before hiring
Pay is commensurate with verifiable experience and/or certifications. Paid vacation, holiday, and sick time for full time employees. Bonuses given based on performance. Frequent overtime available. On‑call bonus provided.
Compensation: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
