We're looking for a solid mechanic who knows their way around an engine bay and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Vehicle maintenance and repair work:

• Keep our fleet running: Oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, fluid checks- all the preventative stuff that keeps vehicles on the road
• Diagnose and fix problems: Engines, transmissions, electrical issues, HVAC, brakes- the works
• Safety inspections: Make sure everything meets standards before it rolls out
• Keep records straight: Log what you did in the fleet system (it's pretty simple)
• Keep the shop organized: Clean workspace, tools where they belong, equipment maintained
• Work on more than just cars: We've got loaders, backhoes, generators, trailers, and small engines too

When storms hit or emergencies happen, we all pitch in to help the community. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, we need everyone on deck.

You don't need to be a master tech, just solid and reliable:

• At least 1 year working in automotive service (dealership, independent shop, fleet - doesn't matter)
• Valid driver's license
• Know your way around engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Can handle routine maintenance without someone looking over your shoulder
• Willing to work toward ASE certifications (we'll support you)
• Show up on time and get the job done right

• Figure out what's wrong and fix it
• Do a brake job without thinking twice
• Read a service manual
• Keep a clean, safe shop
• Work on your own or with a team
