Role | Lead Restoration Tech / Future Project Manager

Compensation | Competitive Compensation (Anticipated range: $23-30/hr + Bonuses)

• Strong restoration field experience (water, fire, mold) required.
• Great at documentation—attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

• Effectively perform all mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation (drying logs, equipment logs, sketches).
• Communicate and supervise project objectives with technicians.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain toolbox.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Participate in 24‑hour on‑call shifts.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
