Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, labs, data and telecom areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor cameras, badge access points, and entry and exit areas, assisting with visitor processing, deliveries, and contractor check-in and/or escort requirements per site guidelines.;
Complete detailed reports of daily activity, patrol observations, and incidents, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and client contacts.
