Provide customer service to clients and associates by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, docks, trailer yards, and parking areas to deter unauthorized access and policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying identification and/or credentials, documenting entries and exits, and directing drivers, visitors, and employees to appropriate areas;
Complete detailed reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, and observed hazards, and communicate pertinent information during shift changes and/or to site contacts
