F3EA, Inc. is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) established in 2013 that delivers high‑quality training and management service solutions to U.S. Government customers, primarily within the Special Operations and Intelligence communities. F3EA’s core competency is providing full‑spectrum support for interagency Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises (EDREs) and Joint Full Mission Profile (FMP) exercises to enhance performance and operational capabilities domestically and overseas.

F3EA, Inc. is seeking independent contractors for various training opportunities at multiple locations across the United States. This independent‑contractor position offers per diem, travel, and lodging coverage. Training scenarios are conducted in controlled environments to ensure safety, and contractors provide verbal and written feedback to the unit as required.

• Contractors will fill a specific role based on experience to accomplish training requirements defined by the customer.
• Contractors must be able to follow the direction of the F3EA exercise leader during training scenarios focused on the customer’s mission, which may involve military, law‑enforcement, and first‑responder/medical provider personnel.
• Contractors may be in the vicinity of special effects pyrotechnics—grenade/artillery simulators, smoke, etc.; helmet, eye, and ear protection will be provided.
• Contractors may be in the vicinity of blank‑firing and marking‑round firing weapons.
• Contractors must be proficient in acting out the assigned scenario; coaching and directing on acting will be provided prior to the event.

• Ability to act out specific roles as assigned.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various training sites across the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License (varies based on training requirements).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Security clearance and U.S. citizenship requirements vary based on training needs.

• Ability to work under stressful conditions—exposure to weapons, explosions, smoke, simulated blood, etc.
• Tolerance for tight spaces, darkness, and all‑weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, sit, and lay in position for significant periods of time.
• Environment:

  None.
• Typical duties:
  Sitting 20%, Standing 30%, Walking 30%, Laying 15%, Lifting up to 25 lbs (5% of time).
• Hours:
  
  12–15 hours per day as an independent contractor.
