POSITION SUMMARY
Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor closed‑circuit television, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems. Lock property entrances as required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS, and administer first aid/CPR as needed. Defuse guest/employee disturbances, escort unwelcome persons from the property, and report incidents. Complete incident reports, conduct investigations, gather evidence, and conduct interviews with relevant parties.
Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention documents and only release information to authorized individuals.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Complete safety training and certifications and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Protect company assets and confidential proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address their service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals.
Perform physical job duties such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 75 pounds with assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, and move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
