Position Overview

Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission with W-2 benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home.

Consultants' territories cover areas within approximately 2 hours of their zip code. This role involves pre-confirmed appointments with customers who have requested estimates, and it is not door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments.

Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.

Ability to lift sample cases of home improvement products, weighing up to 40 lbs.

Proficiency in computer skills.

Ability to work five days a week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for additional days and hours based on volume and seasonality.

Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for enhancing customer lives.

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
