Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business.
Sales experience in beauty and retail is required.
The Freelance Makeup Artist is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. Achieving sales targets through an amazing experience and exemplary service is essential. Passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury's philosophy of artistry made easy are key, along with providing a personalized shopping experience.
MainDuties
- Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour.
- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues.
- Maintain open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
- Ensure the counter/gondola is "customer ready" from open to close.
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, including cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
- Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
- Support event execution and maintain communication with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
- Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
