We are currently looking for a Lead Development Representative to join our team in Savannah. This person will play a key role in helping our sales teams and the company’s growth.

A s a Lead Development Representative
, you will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director of the company. Your main roles and responsibilities will be:

  • Implement telemarketing and prospecting strategies to meet lead qualification objectives, sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls, ensuring timely and professional handling of all incoming contacts, and identify the purpose, urgency, and potential fit of each incoming lead or call in order to prioritize follow-up or route appropriately.
  • Qualify and nurture warm and cold leads, working to convert them into viable sales opportunities.
  • Conduct prospect call preparation, including researching company background and relevant lead details to tailor outreach and engagement.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain CRM records for leads, prospects, and opportunities, ensuring data integrity and consistency of information.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming sample requests, collaborating with Marketing to ensure proper follow-up and adequate sampling inventory.
  • Build meaningful relationships with leads to encourage trust, long-term engagement, and loyalty to the brand and its products.
  • Understand and clearly communicate product or service details to answer customer questions and effectively convey value propositions.
Requirements

We are looking for somebody with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, either in inside sales or customer service experience.

Required:

  • Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) and follow-up with co-workers and customers
  • Must be able to learn and retain all relevant product information including technical product knowledge
  • Experience in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The position is full time and based in our US main offices in Savannah, Georgia.
