Our consultants deliver a product presentation to homeowners and help them identify the best exterior home improvement solutions.
FULL COMMISSION SALES with COMPANY‑PROVIDED LEADS – NO COLD CALLING
LEAD GENERATION – No cold‑calling or prospecting. You will receive pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments. Our rigorous pre‑qualification process ensures you are positioned for success.
COMPENSATION – The plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate, plus bonuses and incentives. Top performers typically earn $150,000 + in their first year.
LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT & CULTURE – We provide professional training, industry‑leading product samples, and ongoing support. You’ll be equipped with superior marketing materials and a supportive management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
- Identify customer needs and utilize GDI’s proven sales presentation
- Negotiate and close the sale
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships quickly with customers
- Maintain a flexible work schedule and adapt to business needs
- Show the desire to earn, believe in yourself, and be paid directly based on performance
