This role combines consultative selling with design and is ideal for professionals who excel in face-to-face appointments, managing the full sales cycle, and closing business.

• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, identify urgency, and design bathroom solutions.
• Present Re-Bath’s proprietary products using a structured and effective sales process.
• Guide customers through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence.
• Close sales on the first visit when possible and submit clean, production-ready jobs.
• Manage your time effectively from consultation through follow-up and team support.
• Be assigned Lowe’s and Home Depot locations, Visit three (2) assigned stores per week.
• Visit (1) existing customer per week.

• Minimum 3 years of business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and iOS devices.
• Home improvement or remodeling experience preferred.
• Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Personable and persuasive, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
