Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in the Greater Savannah Area. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to deliver tailored sales presentations, developing relationships to understand client needs, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves generating new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Shea Tractor and Equipment's product offerings and solutions.
The position requires effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in sales objectives.
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
- Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proven experience in an outside sales role, preferably in agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with Kubota equipment or similar product lines is a plus
