As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high‑performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence.

• You have a passion for driving sales:
  As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize fitting room and sales floor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience, and contribute to overall financial success by analyzing reporting and trends for strategic decisions. You develop short and long‑term business plans to drive key KPIs.
• You're a people leader:
  You motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, hold your team accountable to rocking AEO's customer service standards on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• You have an eye for talent and a love of training:
  You recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop your team to ensure outstanding service.

  You provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching, touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and drive associate engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.

• Actual starting pay is determined by relevant experience and location.
