The Flex Sales Associate is the ultimate Pandora Fan who will deliver a world-class experience and support store operations during peak hours. The role is part-time and flexible to fit your lifestyle.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and strive to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans.
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers and help them style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store operation.
• Engage with customers to create unforgettable shopping moments and foster lasting brand loyalty.
• Support store operations during peak times and be flexible with scheduling, including periods with increased availability.
• All other duties as assigned.

• You are a results-oriented seller with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You can connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm an audience.
• You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• You are comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; and able to arrive on time.
• You may work 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• You are reliable and able to step in during high-traffic times or special events when additional coverage is needed.
