This full-time evening position starts at 3:30 PM until closing, offering an excellent opportunity to grow in a fine-dining environment where your talent and dedication are recognized daily.

• Attendance and punctuality are of utmost importance
• Work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to contribute to an evolving, seasonal menu
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Uphold standards of cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, and ensure all food quality and standards are met
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, fryers, and ovens
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours
• Monitor food safety practices to comply with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Assist in inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages as needed
• Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols

• Demonstrate exceptional commitment to your work
• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
• Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals to guests

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 40 pounds
