Work Week: Flexible hours are available. Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our cafe.
• Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards.
• Use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations.
• Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas.
• Operate the register: take orders, handle cash accurately, and be responsible for the drawer.
• Follow all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching.
• Lifting no greater than 50 pounds.
