As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will greet guests warmly, take orders, make recommendations, serve beverages, and anticipate the needs of every guest while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Greet guests welcomingly and quickly.
• Take accurate orders, make recommendations based on menu knowledge.
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring guests are satisfied.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service.

Must be able to mobilize for up to four (4) hours continuously, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds up to 30 times per shift. Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently throughout the shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
