Job Description:- To support the integration of management systems, which may include ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, GMP, and other action management and documentation control
- To establish and manage the annual internal audit programme for the site, support customer/external audits and conduct audits.
- To effectively communicate, verbal, email and written communication, with all people on site, product and quality management system matters.
- To develop new methods of working to continually improve the site's management systems by projects which may be short to medium in length.
- To coordinate problem investigation and action plans definition for customer complaints, product and audits non conformance, working with staff who have knowledge of the particular issues. These include staff at all levels on site, suppliers' staff and customers. This requires problem identification & detailed investigation in order to develop an action plan to prevent reoccurrence. This ranges from simple to extensive issues involving multiple departments.
- To coordinate with the Purchasing Department and maintain the supplier approvals;
- To provide product assurance and quality management system documentation for customers.
- To establish and implement site validation strategy.
- To be responsible on the SAP QM module, including routine activities, improvements and developments.
- Diploma/Degree in Technical, Quality, Chemical, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience, chemical industrial but open to other industries.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP (QM/MM/PP modules preferred).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other standards as relevant to the site (e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, etc).
- Written Communication, document control and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI is a bonus).
- Good communication, planning and organisation, initiative, teamwork and logical approach to problem solving.
