• 2+ years of recent PCU/Stepdown/IMC experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must live 100+ miles from the facility
• Active RN license (state‑specific or compact, as applicable)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (must be AHA)
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑paced environments
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
