PCU / Stepdown RN – Nights | Travel Contract

• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed | 14 weeks (98 days)
• Unit: PCU / Med-Surg Stepdown (12 beds)
• Ratios: 1:4–1:5
• Charting: MEDITECH

Requirements

• 2+ years PCU experience with strong telemetry skills
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• BLS certification

Patient Population

• Heart failure, sickle cell, med-surg and stepdown level patients

Additional Info

• Every other weekend + holidays
• PCU nurses titrate drips (set-rate drips)
• RNs draw their own labs
• Self-scheduling available
• 100-mile radius rule
• Scrubs: navy
