Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care across all units
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department
  • Ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight
  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff
  • Serve as backup to the Nursing Home Administrator as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing leadership experience
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and internet-based applications
