Location & Setting- Savannah, GA 31419
- Schedule 2 – Full‑time or PRN (days, nights, weekends as needed)
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) caring for adult patients with tracheostomy, providing skilled nursing care in the home setting.

- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- If holding a compact license, it must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred (6 months), but not required
- Reliable transportation
