Job Requirements:
- Mandatory CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Must provide Proof
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospital or professional setting.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Comfortably use a smartphone or computer
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Must pass a background check and 10-panel drug screening
- Must have or be willing to get a current TB test
- Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. without help
Responsibilities:
- Work with your clients and build a meaningful relationship.
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing and grooming)
- Transportation (appointments, errands.)

In the simplest terms, a CNA providing in home care, is a person who cares for another and has a heart to serve others. When it comes to our team, CNA's play a vital role. Our team members are the driving force for positively improving the lives of seniors in our community. They make a direct impact in providing care to seniors who wish to age in the safety and comfort of their home instead of an assisted living facility, an independent living facility, a senior living community, or a nursing home.
Every client will have different needs that they require assistance with, but we make sure to match our clients and caregivers for the optimal fit. Care provided could include activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, eating, walking, bathing, and other self-care tasks. It could also include assisting with fun hobbies and games that a client enjoys.
