Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

The OpportunityTRC Talent is seeking a strategic Production Control & Process Control Assistant Manager for a global automotive manufacturer in Ellabell, GA. Located in Bryan County near Savannah, this facility is a premier Electric Vehicle (EV) mass‑production plant. You will lead production schedules and process monitoring, ensuring output aligns with demand through forecasting and operational control.
What You Will Do- Strategic Planning: Establish mid- and long-term production plans reflecting plant capacity.
- Execution & Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing and initiate corrective actions for schedule deviations.
- Demand Analysis: Lead market trend analysis for accurate forecasting and planning.
- Scheduling:
Develop daily/weekly schedules to meet all deadlines and delivery targets. - Communication: Serve as the central contact for plan changes across all departments.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports for leadership and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaboration: Facilitate info-sharing sessions to maintain organizational alignment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred).
- Experience: Professional experience in the Automotive industry is strongly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of raw materials, cost control, and optimization.
- Software: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or production planning software.
- Leadership: Ability to manage schedules and analysis in high‑pressure environments.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Relocation Assistance: Support provided for qualified candidates.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 based on experience.
