- Skilled use of precision instruments like micrometers, dial indicators, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
- Ability to perform in-process inspections and document results.
- Adjusting feeds, speeds, or setups under supervision to maintain quality.
- Performing basic cleaning, lubrication, and machine checks.
- Reporting issues clearly to supervisors and collaborating with peers.
High School Diploma or GED required. Entry level position. Experience in automated machine environment/CNC preferred. Position
Purpose:
Set up and operate automated machines to fabricate parts, applying knowledge of shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, maintainability materials and layout techniques.
