We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all operational aspects of the Pelvic Floor & Continence Center, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and fostering growth through collaboration with clinical and administrative staff.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the center, including staying abreast of regulatory requirements, coordinating with Nurse Practitioners, RNs, Physical Therapists, and the Director of Telfair Ambulatory Services to implement best practices.
- Oversee front‑office staff management, schedule coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, and overall accountability.
- Define annual targets, review quarterly performance, and improve operational efficiencies to reduce costs.
- Develop an annual needs assessment and staffing matrix in conjunction with the Director to address specialty services requirements.
- Plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate departmental operating and capital budgets; manage departmental finances within planned budgets and review monthly performance reports.
- Audit scheduling and reporting to ensure accurate performance, and manage provider reschedules and no‑show reports to optimize workflow.
- Hire, train, counsel, discipline, and terminate staff as needed; maintain staff files, performance evaluations, and compliance with HR policies.
- Implement programs to improve patient satisfaction and work with physicians to grow practice; address patient concerns and issues.
- Provide oversight for Precertaination processes; monitor outpatient denials and collaborate with the payment resolution department on appeals and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management – Preferred
- Associate’s degree in Management – Preferred
- 3‑5 years of Medical Practice Operations experience – Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory or equivalent experience.
- No license or certification required.
