General Manager — Family-Owned Importer/Distributor

We are a small, family-owned importer and distributor with a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and help guide the continued growth of our business.

• Oversee all day-to-day business operations, including sales, logistics, inventory, and administration
• Manage and support a small team, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment
• Coordinate with international suppliers and domestic customers
• Develop and execute operational and sales strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Act as a key liaison between ownership, staff, suppliers, and customers

• Proven management experience in a small business environment (import/export, distribution, wholesale, or related industries preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• Hands-on, adaptable mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
