• Competitive compensation: $52,000 first‑year total, with an average 47‑hour work week.

As a Management Training Program (MT) participant, you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You’ll receive guidance, mentorship, and support to be successful and will establish community relationships to build your own business. We’ll teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and how to put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction on MVR in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
