Job Details
A Custodian with Powerworks Industries, Inc. (PWI) ning is responsible for cleaning grounds, landscaping, and maintaining the assigned locations mandated by the PWI Ft. Benning Contract. The employee will clean and assist the Lead Worker and Supervisor in the cleaning and maintenance of all designated areas.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and break rooms
- Mowing grass and landscaping
- Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping
- Empty trash cans, clean windows, spot‑clean walls, and restock restroom supplies
- Application of advanced floor‑care techniques to the campus floor as needed
- Top‑scrub, strip, and wax hard floors
- Aid in all assigned areas
- All other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred
- Minimum 3 months of custodial experience
