belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity.

Complete painting and decorating projects with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of

quality

* Carry out regular maintenance and touch-up work to ensure the hotel's interior and exterior surfaces remain in

excellent condition

* Maintain and/or replace grouting and caulking as required with expert quality

* Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to schedule projects with minimal disruption

to operations and guest experience

* Maintain an organized inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, coordinating with Purchasing to reorder supplies

as required

* Follow all safety regulations when working with paints, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to

maintain a safe working environment

* All other duties as assigned by leadership
