* Summary:

** Our growing company is seeking an Operations Support Assistant. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please review the qualifications below. The Operations Support Assistant will assist Managers in supporting the Gateway Terminals Operational team.
** Essential Duties:
*** Must maintain workplace cleanliness in all areas of operation.
* Scanning in/out of radios and tablets daily
* Performing routine inspections of company vehicles and equipment.
* Cleaning out and washing company vehicles daily
* May be assigned additional responsibilities as necessary to support operations/production.
* Must be able to drive to pick up or deliver parts and equipment as needed.
* Ensure the Icehouse is filled, always cleaned, and ready
* Training on-the-job with respect to company processes and procedures.
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
*** Has developed knowledge and skills in the General Maintenance field.
* Ability to work well independently with others.
* Basic understanding of inspection equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently in a results-driven environment.
* Ability to maintain company equipment checkout processes.

* Working Conditions:

*
* * Frequent walking, standing, bending, occasional sitting.
* The ability to climb up and down stairs, ladders, and equipment multiple times within a shift.
* Requires physical ability to work on a ship and in a yard.
* The ability to use a computer/keyboard.
* The ability to work in changinghot and cold climates based on weather conditions.
* The ability to work in an environment with moving objects and machinery.
* The environment may be hazardous to people unable to see or hear fast-moving heavy equipment.
* Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
