We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients who have been injured due to accidents or negligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law, including case evaluation, litigation, settlement negotiations, and client representation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and advocating for clients in court. The attorney will work closely with clients to ensure their rights are protected and pursue fair compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.
