We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. The Senior In-House Litigation Attorney will manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas, handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. The role also includes forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and growing rapidly in a dynamic industry.

Qualifications- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
