The Technician II will analyze and monitor MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems and equipment across Hyundai (HMGMA).

• Monitor and respond to problems with computer systems, including covering phone and radio calls from production and maintenance.
• Complete periodic checklists regarding MES & HMGMA computer systems.
• Promptly respond to and resolve issues and requests as they arise.
• Work with other Analysts and MES team members to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues as per MES escalation standards.
• Work in both a control room and on the plant floor.
• Work overtime as needed to support production and projects.
• Reconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as they fail.
• Attend some holidays and the summer shutdown period to perform preventative maintenance of computers and MES equipment throughout the plant.
• Assist customers with installations and modifications regarding MES systems, including computer, scanner, and computer repair installations.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Strong computer troubleshooting, hardware, and software support skills.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Web Browsers, and taking phone calls.
• Experience with building computers, imaging computers, or installing Windows.
• Must be able to think analytically.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interact positively with internal and external customers.
• CompTIA A+ preferred.
• Must be able to work shift rotation (mornings/afternoon/graveyard).

Pay Range: $20.85 – $29.81 per hour. Target Pay is $23.00/hr.
