- Define and own the Product Enablement vision and roadmap for Cyber Technology, focusing on Cyber Application Development & Analytics and Legal IT Systems Support.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of high‑quality technical documentation, ensuring compliance with security and legal requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of agile coaches, technical writers, and product owners to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Monitor feedback channels to identify adoption challenges and improve training and documentation.
- Report on key Product Enablement metrics to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in technology, product management, agile delivery, or cybersecurity.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives involving product, engineering, cybersecurity, or legal IT teams.
- Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience in product, agile delivery, or cybersecurity environments.
- Experience working with or adjacent to cybersecurity, risk, or compliance functions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, analytics tools, and automation workflows commonly used in cybersecurity and legal IT contexts.
- Relevant certifications such as PSM/CSM, SAFe, or Product Owner/Product Manager are a plus.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex topics into actionable language.
