IT Infrastructure and Network Security Manager – Savannah, GA

Contract-to-Permanent

• Lead and empower IT technicians across Levels 1, 2, and 3 to ensure exceptional service and team success.
• Maximum utilization of product updates, selection, and training for Connect Wise and related platforms.
• Monitor service ticket resolution for speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of switches, firewalls, access points, and other security appliances.
• Ensure all systems meet rigorous security and compliance standards.
• Implement robust backup solutions and cloud deployments, including Microsoft 365.
• Provide deep expertise in networking, security, and IT support services.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of surveillance systems, web design solutions, and audio‑visual displays.
• Manage carrier and internet services to keep businesses running smoothly.
• Supervise low‑voltage cabling installations and maintain a rock‑solid IT foundation.

• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Active Directory environments.
• Strong ability to diagnose and maintain computer hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern cloud‑based solutions.
• Skilled in configuring and maintaining switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Familiarity with wireless access points and advanced network security protocols.
• Solid background in IT helpdesk operations.
• Deep understanding of IT products and solutions for small, medium, and large enterprises.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to guide teams and drive projects to success.
